WET BLUE SPLITS
After the mechanical process of splitting the bovine whole hide leather our purpose is to process its own sub-product: the split.
It can be different on origin, measure, weight, quality and based on the expected results it has to be splitted and selected again.
The split classification lead to different use of the raw material:
– Upoholstery split
– Suede split
– By cast split
– Shoulders
– Sub-products
CRUST SPLITS
Our objective is to transform the raw wet blu material selected for upholstery in a semi- finished product ready to be sell and used by our clients.
We support every stage of the working process from the moment of the purchase through the external and internal process to control that our product journey undergoes strict parameters.
When the spilt reachs a consistency, a color and a softly hand it’s ready to be delivered to the client.
During the internal process of measurment we eliminate every potential and future problem, we select, we control and of course we reject the unsuitable
material in order to save for the client the best of our articles.
The transformation we make for our client is to let him reduce costs and time of the first material preparation so he can finish the product as his need in a second time.
